  1. WE HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN!
  2. Also, a clean HVAC system. It needs a new zone board, which is being installed on Friday, but it works for now.
  3. Writing group.

Bonus: Hanukkah. (We celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas.)
